Meet the Team

Born in the North East, brought up in Lincolnshire. Formative years in North Lincolnshire before spending my school years in North Hykeham. After a spell at Ruston Gas Turbines and Bardney Sugar Factory, a move to the South of the County, Market Deeping, followed, before retirement beckoned and a return to Lincoln. 
A Chartered Accountant by profession and before the excitement became too much I decided to follow my lifelong interests of researching  Genealogy and researching the social-economic history of Britain whilst exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds.
A Higher Certificate in Genealogy was achieved in 2020 through the Institute of Heraldic and Genealogical Studies in Canterbury followed up with completing the Diploma Course in 2021 through the same body. Based less than ten minutes away from the County Archives in Lincoln places us in an ideal location to access the wide and varied resources available to research your Ancestors.
